Hario Pegasus · Trapezoidal dripper 01 or 03

The Hario Pegasus is a trapezoidal dripper for preparing pour-over coffee. Its two small bottom holes limit the flow rate and its ribs maintain space between the paper and the wall.

Available sizes

• 01: PED-01-T, for 1-2 cups according to Hario.
• 03: PED-03-T, for 4-7 cups according to Hario.
• Material: transparent AS resin.
• Made in Japan.

Uses Hario Pegasus filters of the same size as the dripper. Its trapezoidal shape is different from that of a conical V60.

Preparation

Place the paper, rinse it, and add the coffee. Pour the water, adjusting the recipe to the chosen size. The opening in the base allows you to see the level of the container without lifting the dripper.
